Ven Gelong Karma Jiga
So just how do we turn situations around and what do we need to do to see the opportunity in every situation we encounter?
If you are interested in this then this evening’s event is for you.
We look at how the spiritual has influenced the most successful in their fields and how we can do the same.
This evening will combine a talk by the centre’s director, Ven Gelong Karma Jiga and the screening of the acclaimed documentary The Secret; how to intentionally and effortlessly create a joyful life, the secret to unlimited happiness, love, health, and prosperity.

This evening you will be introduced to a series of meditations to help you work with your emotions through colour and imagination. These simple and effective exercises can be used anywhere, any time.
We welcome you to share this session with Rokpa Dundee's media manager, Karma Chodrak.

Week 1-5 with Ven Karma Jiga
Looking at how change is an ever-present part of our lives and opening up to, accepting and working with our ever-changing world to bring about a more healthy and positive way to approach our lives.
Ven Karma Jiga will introduce us to both ancient and modern approaches to understanding the nature of change through the combination of multi-media presentations and meditation.

Chenrezig Prayers & Meditation
A session dedicated to the welfare of others. Reciting prayers, mantra and meditation for the sick, terminally ill and deceased, Chenrezig puja in the Mahayana and Vajrayana traditions, imagining your enlightenment!
