(6 weeks) During this short course we’ll dispel and highlight some of the common misunderstandings and outline just what meditation is through simple guided practices that should help reduce the anxiety and tension encountered as you go about your daily business. This course will incorporate techniques to help you relax physically and mentally that you can use wherever you are, whatever you are doing. Anyone can attend and guidance will be given during the sessions making this course suitable for beginners and those who have attended previously.
