During this two day workshop with Jill, you'll learn to relate to the stuff that you are made of, through visualisation, artwork and easy to learn exercises! You'll learn about the qualities of the elements and how to balance them in your body and surroundings, to create harmony and health in the here and now. Reconnecting with the outer, and your inner elements, earth, water, air, fire and space, you'll be more relaxed and communicate more effectively, with deeper understanding, be more joyful and more peaceful.

Meditations, levels of practice & overcoming obstacles in meditation.

The second part of the meditation of the Middle-way. The first two
steps of study and reflection are intended to help us develop a strong conviction of the way things really are, not simply as they appear.

Through study we gain certainty and through reflection that certainty becomes very clear and integrated. Once we have this very clear conviction, we learn how to immerse our mind in meditation the third step, and experience the empty nature of mind.

A Session of Tai Chi Da Lu

Founder of the Seven Stars School of Taijiquan

The practice of Da Lu is designed to bring your practice of Tai Chi to a high level of achievement .Da-Lu was invented to make up for any short-falls in your training and must be included in every students training programme.

In push hands partner work you practice your moves in the four cardinal directions while in Da-Lu you practice your moves in the four intermediate directions, learning to transform your partners incoming energy into your own. This is the practice of internal Tai Chi.
