Yoga
Yoga at the centre is provided by the ever popular Barbara Payne. Classes are inevitably very busy and require prior booking. During the clas s students are given instruction in correct breathing, posture and meditation techniques to relax the body and calm the mind, ending with a short relaxation session. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace.
